Hey there! It's Karen, from Barcelona, born 1993 and raised here. I am crazy for writing, photography, visual arts and music. I've been living in Italy and Argentina, and I'm currently based in Barcelona again.

I'm constantly shooting all what I see, what I live, what I feel. I have passion for telling the world what's happening out there. I also love to write about culture and I am starting now my narrative project.

 

After my Communication and Cultural Management Degree, I studied Photojournalism and a Cultural Journalism master. I work in the fields of Communications, Media and Photography.

 

In 2015 I created Frenètic, an analogic photo project for my last year degree, related to photojournalism and social media. My photos have been exposed in the last edition of Interart, a collaborative art exhibition in Barcelona.

 

Currently, I am working for Vice, Mondo Sonoro, Rockdelux, El Nacional, Coolt and Ruta 66, mostly with writing but sometimes also with photography. I also have published cultural articles for media like Ara, one of the most important newspapers in Barcelona.
